Inside Sales – Electrical – Concord
Our client, a major electrical distributor located in Concord is looking for in inside salesperson. The company provides electrical supplies for new construction, renovation and the maintenance of industrial plants, residential and commercial buildings.
Responsibilities :
Customer service
- Be attentive to customer requests at all times, keeping a polite and professional attitude;
- Solving customer issues promptly.
Sales
- Get involved in sales, answering calls promptly;
- Take orders while trying to increase sales and profits;
- Respond to requests for price and provide technical information;
- Check and inform customers of back-orders (B.O.);
- Bid new applications and make follow-ups;
- Take the initiative to suggest alternatives or related products as required.
Computer proficiency is an asset.
